Spotify is a digital music service that allows users to access millions of songs; old and new. It has cross-platform compatibility, such as Android, Windows, and Mac OS. Disable any VPN from your computer and make sure that your mobile has an open network correction. Internet connections in hospitals and organizations are not considered open as they always have some domains which are not accessible to users.

Solution 2: Restart the router
